You could obtain it by purchasing the Fairy Doodle Egg or the Gem Doodle Egg, it could be hatched from these two, they were added with the new Update, you could purchase them using Cartoon Coins only, one egg costs 140,000 for the normal version and 1,500,000 for the golden. The chance of hatching it is estimated to be around 0.72% and 33% without any boosts. It was released as a part of the Doodle World Update Part 2 in January 2023.
