You could obtain it by purchasing the Egg that was added with the new Update using Popsicle coins only, one egg costs 20,000,000 for the normal version and goes up to 180,000,000 for the golden version of the egg, it could be located inside the new area that was added. The chance of hatching the Sun Angelus is currently unknown and random. It was released as a part of the Summer Update (Part 3) in July 2023.
