The only way to obtain this pet is by either finding a player that is willing to trade it or by purchasing the Dragon Collector Bundle that can be found in some Walmart stores, it is not available at all stores, only some of them and it can be impossible to buy the Bundle if you don't have Walmart in your area, so your only chance is obtaining it through trading with other Pet Sim X players. It was released as a part of the Doodle World Update in January 2023.
