Party Axolotl is a Pet Simulator X Exclusive pet that you could hatch from the new Axolotl Hype Gift. The chance of hatching it without any boosts is currently unknown. The way to obtain that egg is very similar to the "Hype Gift", you had to be online in Pet Simulator X and in the game 5 minutes before the update drops into the game, if the update was at 7pm, you had to be online at 6:55 - 7:00 to obtain the egg. It was released as a part of the Huge Machine update in February 2023.
