You could obtain it by purchasing and hatching the Egg that was added with the new Update using the new Easter Currency only, one egg would cost you 350,000 for the normal version and 3,150,000 for the golden version, they could be located inside the new area that was added, more specifically on the Easter Island. The chance of hatching the Easter Angelus is currently unknown. It was released as a part of the Easter Event in April 2023.
